  • Do you have Infant, Toddler and Booster seats? What do they cost? 
    • Yes, we have all types. Please make your reservations in advance.
  • How many passengers can fit in the vehicles you have?  
    • We safely transport 6 plus the driver.
  • Do you charge per person or per trip?
    • All prices quoted are per trip unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Is there a charge for luggage?
    • As a rule we do not charge for luggage, any fee for luggage will be discussed prior to services
  • What area / airports do you serve...how far do you go?
    • Panama City Beach (ECP) is our primary airport.
  • Do you allow small dogs, cats or other animals?  Is there a fee?
    • As a rule we are glad to help with the furry family members FREE of charge.  Please call to discuss any concerns.
  • How much do you charge?
    • We offer discounts of 20% on rides scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  Prices are flexible and longer rides are extended other perks as well, please call to discuss.
  • Is there an extra fee for early or late rides?
    • We do not add fees based on early or late transportation times.
  • What insurance do you carry?
    • We carry commercial insurance that protects all occupants at all times.
  • Can we stop on the way and if so how much does the stop cost?
    • Usually a short stop along the way is included in the fee, anything additional can be handled with your driver
  • What do you charge to wait
    • Typical wait charge is 50 cents a minute but other arrangements  can be made prior to or at the time services are rendered.
  • Can you be hired for a set time?
    • Yes.  Please call us to discuss desired times and logistics.
  • Do you match other prices?  
    • In most cases as long as all details are disclosed.
  • Can you get on the military bases?
    • Tyndall is generally not a problem.  NSA may require a drop off at the gate.
  • How far in advance should I contact you for a ride?
    • The sooner you book the ride the better.
